Jared Chaffee
Jared Chaffee is 1st degree black belt under Chad Robichaux and Carlson Gracie Jr., and has been training in mixed martial arts and jiu jitsu since 2007. Jared is registered with IBJJF, has a passion for the sport and is dedicated to the development and growth of all students. As a professional mixed martial arts fighter with a final record of 5-2 before retiring, Jared fought for notable organizations such as Legacy Fighting Championship and Bellator MMA. Jared received his black belt in 2015 and re-directed his focus on jiu jitsu and is still an active competitor in the sport. Jared has had the privilege of training with excellent jiu jitsu practitioners nationwide including Tom Cronin, Jeff Messina, Alex Gotay, Jody Trantham, and Vinicius “Draculino” Magalhaes, as well as his own professors Chad Robichaux and Carlson Gracie Jr., who have given him the ability to develop the style of jiu jitsu he practices today. Jared lives in Willis, TX with his wife, Amanda, and his two children Alexandrea and Asher.
